Francesco Botta

Hi I'm Francesco (Chesco for short). I’ve been living in Japan for over five years now. I originally came as an English teacher, but along the way, I also worked briefly as a freelance tour guide as well. I’m originally from Peru, grew up in the U.S., and I speak both English and Spanish fluently.

I currently live in Yokohama and know this city like the back of my hand. Tourist spots and hidden gems alike.

I'm pretty laid back and like to have a beer at Japanese izakayas (pubs) in my free time. I'd be happy to show you around all the local izakayas and little eateries where the true local flavors are at!
