Tour Reviews
The tour left a lot to be desired. It felt very lackluster and haphazard. No proactive information about any of the sites was offered and when we asked we were only given short answers or none at all. We went on multiple tours in Japan during our honeymoon and this one was the worst by a longshot.

Cancellations or date changes made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are permitted and will be fully refunded.
To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted.
All deadlines are based on the local time of the experience.
