TANGLE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, for the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
In this Policy, "User Information" means information pertaining to the identification of users, action history on communication services, and other information generated or stored by users or in relation to users' terminals, such as smartphones and PCs, and which is collected by the Company in accordance with this Policy. The user may request discontinuation of use of all or part of the user information by making the prescribed settings for the Service, and in such case, the Company shall promptly discontinue use of the user information in accordance with the provisions of the Company. In addition, since the collection or use of certain items of user information is a prerequisite for the Service, the Company will stop collecting such information only when the user withdraws from the Service in accordance with the Company's prescribed method.
Except for cases in which disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information among user information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user. We inform you that when using the service, we will collect data and information about your phone (via a third party product) in the event of an error in the application. This log data may include the device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of use of the service, date and time of use of the service, and other statistical information.

When a user requests disclosure of his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose such information to the user without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify the user of such fact). However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (3,000 yen per case) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
When a user requests correction of his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information on the grounds that the information is untrue, or when the information is used for purposes other than those previously announced, or when the information was collected through deception or other wrongful means, the Company shall correct the information in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In the event that a user requests the suspension of the use of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and based on the results, we will correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user of such correction or suspension. If we decide not to correct or suspend the use of personal information based on reasonable grounds, we will notify the user to that effect.
If a user requests deletion of the user's personal information, and we deem it necessary to comply with the request, we will delete the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and notify the user to that effect. To request deletion of a user's data, please make your request via privacy@tomogo-travel.com.
The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs do not apply to cases in which the Company is not obligated to correct or suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
The Company shall review the operational status of the handling of user information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. In the event of any changes, the Company will notify users by means of posting on the website. However, in the case of changes that require the consent of the user under laws and regulations, the Company shall obtain the consent of the user in the manner prescribed by the Company.
