Marc was a wonderful Tour Leader! He genuinely feels like a friend who’s excited to see you and show you around! He’s punctual, informative, well paced and very accommodating! I was originally booked for a separate group tour to Mt Fuji, but things just didn’t work out the way I wanted, but Marc saves the day and confirms my booking day-of and makes my trip to Tokyo one to remember! Gave me his personal recommendations and puts me onto some hidden gems IG/TikTok don’t even mention. I’m calling Marc again next time I’m in Tokyo!
