A must-do! A great way to kick off a trip to Japan! Youseff was very knowledgeable and friendly and I had a great time eating my way around the market. Go on an empty stomach because i was in a food coma afterward! He gave recommendations for eating and drinking around Shinjuku, which i did and was not disappointed. Can’t recommend enough.

I booked this particular tour simply to be shown around a local area I might not have ever known about, and boy, I was not disappointed! If you are open for anything, then I would highly recommend doing the Secret Tokyo tour. If you pick your tour leader based on your interests and let them know 1 or 2 things your keen to do, then you'll have a great day!

Great first time experience and glad I could enjoy it with someone else. Being with someone else in the crowded streets helped ease my mind and experience Japan like I never knew I could from how to enter temples, what shops to look for, foods to try, etc. Awesome experience

We went to Shimokitazawa and our tour leader Marika took us to everything my friend and I wanted to do. We went to super cool thrift stores and cafes. She even showed us this off the path hokkaido curry place where my friend and I ended up eating at after the tour. She knew the area so well and told us about the history and culture. It was such a great experience.

I truly enjoyed the 2 hours exclusive tour in Asakusa. 2 hour tour is a great enough to be able to walk the whole area of Asakusa, and I’ve got to enjoy walking, eating, learning, and enjoying!

I was not expecting to enjoy this personalized tour so much since when I travel, I tend to go alone and get lost in the country. Undoubtedly, Rin changed my mind in ever doing that again. He really showed me areas in Asakusa/Senso-ji, & allowed me to stop and take photos when I wanted to. As a photographer, for me shooting in such a beautiful city is one of the most important things while being out here in Tokyo. He lead me to spots that weren’t so crowded after realizing that when trying to take photos I couldn’t get the shot due to the amount of people. All in the meantime he was telling me the history of why the Temples are where they are after the number of years of being in the area. Afterwards we were joined by his peer Melissa and she recommended places to go eat, and I was able to enjoy the best and tender Katsu I’ve ever eaten. It makes me happy that they were able to allow me to enjoy myself while seeing new areas that I hope to go to again in the future. Also Next time I’ll reserve another guided tour for Akihabara since they might be able to show me spots to experience, & photograph
